Intent of the process

The result of this process will be used to staff on a temporary basis. The indeterminate opportunity is anticipatory and may be staffed if the position should become vacant. A pool of qualified candidates may be established to staff similar positions for future acting, assignment, secondment or indeterminate opportunities at this group and level. Pool could be used for acting appointments under exceptional circumstances to protect employee’s indeterminate status.

Education:
Successful completion of secondary school education according to provincial standards or Public Service Commission approved alternatives.

Degree equivalency

Experience:
- Experience in providing administrative support.
- Experience in data entry.
- Experience in preparing documents in Microsoft Word.
- Experience in preparing spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.

Asset Qualifications:
