A pool of candidates will be established and may be used to staff similar positions within Fisheries and Oceans Canada in Moncton, NB on a temporary or permanent basis.

EDUCATION:
Successful completion of a one year post-secondary program specializing in a field related to the functions of the position (e.g. Human Resources or Administrative field) OR an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience
EXPERIENCE:
Experience inputting and retrieving data in a data management system.
Experience providing administrative support
Experience following policies and procedures
Experience working in a fast-paced and high pressure environment
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience providing human resources support services
Experience working with HR Management systems such as PeopleSoft
Experience in maintaining records within a filing management system
Experience in the management of correspondence and the use of a correspondence management system
Bilingual - Imperative
