You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
Experience providing executive support services to a senior manager (Director or above), including coordinating daily office activities, maintaining a filing systems and managing correspondence.
Experience organizing meetings and preparing minutes of meetings.
Experience in representing, liaising or collaborating with various groups within the same organization or external.
Experience in researching, gathering and summarizing information.
Experience in using MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
Experience with making travel arrangements within the Federal Public Service.
Experience in the field of geomatics.
Experience working in a Director-General`s Office or higher.
Experience in organizing large meetings, teleconferences, and events.
Bilingual - Imperative (CBB/CBB)
