Education:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized university with specialization in business administration, marketing, law OR other specialization related to the position
Experience:
• Experience in working with or supporting small and medium-sized business
• Experience in establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with multiple stakeholders
• Experience in developing and delivering effective presentations to businesses and/or business associations
• Experience in providing strategic advice to senior management

All written and verbal communication obtained throughout the selection process, from the time of application to close of process, may be used to evaluate the candidates. For instance, screening questions and résumés may be used to assess the following essential merit criteria: Ability to communicate effectively in writing.

Depending on the number of candidates, CIPO’s needs and CIPO Human Resource plans, volume management strategies such as, but not limited to, top-down selection process, cut-off scores, random selection and/or assessment may be used for the purpose of managing applications/candidates. Preference may be given to candidates based on the depth and breadth of their experience.
