This process is designed to fill one position in Halifax (Nova Scotia) on an indeterminate basis. A qualified pool of candidates may be established. This pool of qualified candidates may be used to staff similar positions with similar requirements.

• Graduation with a degree from a recognized university with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labor or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.
• Experience working in a client service environment.
• Experience responding to requests for information.
• Experience using word processing, spreadsheet and email software (i.e. MS Word, Excel and Outlook).
