A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EX 1 - Experience providing administrative support services, such as calendar management for managers, meeting coordination, data compilation and reporting, preparation of correspondence/reports, etc.
EX 2 - Experience providing advice or recommendations to management.
EX 3 - Experience in Finance.

Experience in the use of relevant DND Departmental systems, such as Defence Resource Management Information System (DRMIS), Human Resources Management System (HRMS), PeopleSoft, ClaimsX, etc.
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office programs, such as Word or Excel.
Ability to proofread, revise and update information.
Ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations using Microsoft Office PowerPoint.
Ability to provide financial support/administration services.
May be required to work overtime, as pre-authorized.
May be required to travel.
