Education:
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experiences:
For AS-01, AS-02 and AS-03 positions:
- Experience in providing administrative services in an office environment.
- Experience in working with various software programs, including Word and Excel.
For AS-02 and AS-03 positions:
- Experience preparing, editing and revising written materials, such as but not limited to external communications, departmental correspondence or briefing materials.
For AS-03 positions only:
- Experience in maintaining a tracking systems and following up on outstanding items.
