Intent of the process

A pool of partially qualified candidates may be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions with various tenues and linguistic profiles within Public Services and Procurement Canada. The preference will be given to Canadian Veterans and releasing Armed Forces personnel.

You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. Education:

A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

Experiences:

For AS-01, AS-02 and AS-03 positions:

- Experience in providing administrative services in an office environment.
- Experience in working with various software programs, including Word and Excel.

For AS-02 and AS-03 positions:

- Experience preparing, editing and revising written materials, such as but not limited to external communications, departmental correspondence or briefing materials.

For AS-03 positions only:

- Experience in maintaining a tracking systems and following up on outstanding items.
