THE INTENT IS TO FILL TWO (2) INDETERMINATE POSITIONS. A pool of partially qualified candidates may be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions within the Department of Public Services and Procurement Canada for term or indeterminate appointments. The pool can be used to staff positions with language requirements (bilingual imperative - BBB/BBB) and a Reliability security clearance. The positions to staff are located in Gatineau.

EDUCATION
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
EX1 Experience in information management and electronic filing system.
EX2 Recent* and significant* experience providing administrative support.
EX3 Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
*Recent and significant is defined as having done the work for a consecutive 6 months period in the last 3 years.

AQ1 Experience working in a Real Estate environment.
AQ2 Experience using a financial system such as SAP/SIGMA/NOVUS.
AQ3 Experience providing administrative support in the federal government.
Reliability Status security clearance
A test will be administered.
An interview will be administered.
Reference checks will be sought.
