This process will be used to staff one (1) position on a temporary basis in Ottawa, Ontario
A pool of qualified candidates will be established and may be used to staff similar positions within the Health Portfolio with:

You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. Education:
Successful completion of two years of secondary school or employer-approved alternatives.
Experience:
Experience in providing administrative support services to management and staff i.e. filing, correspondence, presentation materials and scheduling meetings.
Experience in preparing various reports.
Experience in screening and responding to inquiries from clients over the telephone, e-mail and in person.
Experience using various software such as Word, Excel, or other data specific software used by the Federal Government.

Pass marks will be established for each qualification.
