ED: Certificate from a recognized university.
PM-04 AND PM-05
E1: Experience in conducting research, interviews, mediation or negotiation.
E2: Experience in interpreting or applying legislation or regulations.
PM-05 only
E3: Significant and recent* experience in the interpretation and application of the Access to Information Act and the Privacy Act.
*Significant and recent is defined as the depth and breadth of experience associated with the performance of duties for a period of two (2) years within the last five (5) years OR recent (within the last two (2) years) experience as an investigator at the Information Commissioner.
AEDU1: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
AEDU2: Degree in law, criminology, social sciences or psychology from a recognized university.
Willing and able to work overtime.
