Intent of the process

This process will be used to establish pools of candidates that may be used to staff similar positions at an identical or equivalent group and level with various official language proficiencies (bilingual imperative CBC/CBC, bilingual imperative CCC/CCC, bilingual imperative BBB/BBB, and English or French essential), various security profiles (Reliability and Secret), various tenures (Indeterminate, Term, Full-time and Part-time) using various staffing activities (Indeterminate, Term, Acting, Secondment, Deployment, Assignment and Casual) for positions in the National Capital Region within Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) also known as Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

Education :

Secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives (a satisfactory score on the PSC test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma; or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience)

Degree equivalency

Experience :

Experience gathering information from a variety of sources.

Experience updating and tracking data or any type of information.

Experience preparing report contents or summaries.

Experience working in an office environment.

Recent experience* using Microsoft Word and Excel.
