- Experience providing cleaning services in a commercial, institutional or medical setting.
- Previous training in WHMIS
- Experience providing cleaning services in a military environment
- Experience in supervising and coordinating the work of other cleaners, including one or more of:
*Inspecting facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
*Providing coaching and/or performance feedback to staff
*Handling complaints
