Intent of the process

This is an anticipatory process to create a pool of qualified candidates to staff future vacancies. This selection process may be used to staff similar positions at this group and level with various linguistic profiles and security requirements, conditions of employment as well as various tenures (such as Indeterminate, Specified Period, Acting, Deployment, Assignment and Secondment) across the Public Health Agency of Canada and Health Canada. As a result of the potential and possible use of the selection process and subsequent pool by hiring managers, we encourage all employees seeking this type of position and/or group and level to apply.

You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. Education:
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience:
Experience in developing and maintaining databases for the tracking of various types of information.
Experience in researching, collecting and tabulating information.
Experience in producing reports.
Experience in making recommendations for process and procedural improvements.

If you possess any of the following, your application must also clearly explain how you meet it (other qualifications)

Experience (Asset):
Experience in developing operating procedures and guidelines.
Experience in recording meeting minutes and records of decisions.
Experience in preparing invoices.
