EDUCATION
Graduation with a master’s degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in clinical, forensic or counseling psychology.
Specific coursework at the graduate level in one or more of the following areas: abnormal behaviour/psychopathology, psychological assessment, and/or psychological interventions.
OCCUPATIONAL CERTIFICATION
Registration for autonomous practice of psychology by a provincial or territorial registering/licensing body in Canada.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in the provision of psychological services (including mental health services), such as assessment, counseling or other psychological services with adults, either to groups or individuals.
EDUCATION
Doctorate from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in clinical, forensic or counseling psychology.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in the provision of psychological services in forensic/correctional settings.

Knowledge of ethical principles guiding the professional practice of psychology.
Knowledge of principles and applications of psychological services (including mental health services), such as assessment, treatment, programs and crisis intervention.
