EDUCATION

- A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

EXPERIENCES

1. *Recent and **significant experience working with business users to gather and document various types and levels of business requirements in support of program objectives.
2. *Recent and **significant experience performing analysis and applying end-to-end thinking to complex business and IT system problems
3. Experience performing impact analysis, presenting findings and providing alternative approaches/options both to business users or to IT management in complex small, medium or large projects
4. Experience in chairing and facilitating multi-stakeholder meetings.
5. Experience in leading a team, setting priorities, and organizing work to meet project deliverables.
6. Experience in supervision and human resource management.
7. Experience writing and presenting formal documentation for Business Requirements for IT solutions.

*“Recent” is defined as experience normally acquired within the last 2 years.
**“Significant” is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with the performance of the duties for a period of approximately 5 years.

3. Experience in reviewing and interpreting business requirements
