Intent of the process

The immediate need is to staff one position on an indeterminate basis, with a linguistic profile of Bilingual Imperative (BBC/BBC) and an RCMP Reliability security clearance.

A pool of qualified candidates may be established to staff similar temporary and/or permanent positions.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Graduation with a degree from a recognized postsecondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.

Degree equivalency

Significant* experience as a Human Resources Advisor.

Experience** managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering on deadlines in an environment with shifting deadlines and priorities.

Experience** interpreting and applying legislation, policies or directives related to staffing.

Experience** providing strategic advice and guidance to managers on HR processes, procedures or requirements.

Experience** using a Human Resources information system.

*Significant experience is defined as the depth and breadth of experience acquired over a period of approximately two (2) cumulative years.

**Experience is defined as the depth and breadth of experience acquired over a period of approximately one (1) year.

Testing/interviews will be conducted at locations of the employer's choice and may require candidates to travel to the test/interview location (Fredericton, New Brunswick).
