Intent of the process

A pool of qualified candidates will be established and could also be used to staff similar positions of various tenures within Employment and Social Development Canada and various Federal Government Departments across Canada.

Position may be staffed in Fredericton on a temporary basis to fulfill short-term project demands.

You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

Education:
Degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution
or
An acceptable combination of education and experience.

Acceptable combination is considered as completion of secondary school and 1 year recent experience in a field related to Real Property Management. (Recent is defined experience acquired within the last 3 years.)

Degree equivalency

Experience:
1. Experience using AutoCAD.
2. Working on projects involving cross-disciplinary partners.
3. Providing functional advice and guidance to clients.
4. Consulting with multiple stakeholders, internally or externally.
5. Compiling data and preparing reports.
