A pool of completely or partially qualified candidates may be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions within the Department in Matane with various language requirements (French Essential, Bilingual Imperative B--/B--). These positions are of different tenures.

EXPERIENCE:
Experience in at least two of the three following experiences:
Experience with the use of word processing software, such as Microsoft Word.
Experience using a spreadsheet, such as Microsoft Excel.
Experience using an email system, such as Microsoft Outlook.
ABILITIES AND SKILLS:
Client Service Competency – Level 1.
Ability to work effectively with others.
Ability to use reasoning skills to solve problems.
PERSONAL SUITABILTY:

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS:
Post-secondary Diploma in a field related to administration.
Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.
Significant experience (about 1 year) in accounting or in a financial field.
Experience in document imaging service.
Significant experience (approximately 1 year) in handling boxes, materials and equipment services in a safely manner.
