A pool of candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions within the RCMP in the National Capital Region on an indeterminate or specified period (including term, acting, or assignment) basis, with various bilingual linguistic profiles and various RCMP security clearances.
Should a Civilian Member (CM) of the RCMP be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to the Public Service (PS) category for the CM.

You must meet all essential qualifications in order to be appointed to the position. Other qualifications may be a deciding factor in choosing the person to be appointed. A secondary school diploma or employer approved alternative.
Recent* experience in managing a group** or employees;

Experience in monitoring performance of staff and providing guidance relating to the performance;
Experience in identifying and solving problems;
Experience in at least two of the following: preparing briefing notes, reports and delivering presentations;
Experience in implementing long range planning in terms of workload, resources and training requirements;
Experience in the realignment of processes to ensure quality assurance.
Graduation with a degree from a recognized university related to the position to be staffed.
Experience in supervising a call center environment.
Experience in supervising a data processing environment.
Experience in human resources.
Bilingual - Imperative (BBC/BBC)

Willing to work shift work days and evenings (work week is 37.5 hours; core hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., five days a week, subject to change).
