The position is located at the Sherbrooke Research and Development Centre. The centre conducts dairy and swine research. The position requires fixed working hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the integrated services manager and provide various administrative services.
Immediate need: To staff a Receptionist position (Bilingual imperative BBB/BBB) on a full time permanent basis in Sherbrooke, Quebec.
Anticipatory: A pool of qualified candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions on a permanent full-time or part-time basis or on a temporary full-time or part-time basis for the location indicated for this process.
In the event that an employee of the public service is qualified through this process, he/she may be considered for acting, deployment, assignment or secondment opportunities.

Successful completion of two years of secondary school, satisfactory score on the PSC test, or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience related to the position.
Recent and significant* experience in providing administrative support services.
*Recent and significant experience is defined as performing complex related activities on a continuous basis for a minimum of three (3) years within the last (5) years.
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)
