ANTICIPATORY STAFFING.
Employees occupying an indeterminate position at the same group and level or equivalent may be considered for deployment first.
A pool of partially qualified candidates will be established to staff similar positions within the Department with various tenures (assignment, secondment, acting, specified period or indeterminate), with various language requirements (English Essential, Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, CBC/CBC and CCC/CCC) and with various security requirements (reliability, secret and top secret).

Education :
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience
Experience:
- Experience in providing advice and making recommendations on program administration services
- Experience gathering and analyzing information from multiple sources
- Experience in coordinating events or activities
- Experience in the administration and/or oversight of financial information

- Experience in the administration of funding agreements such as: grants, contributions, contracts, etc.
- Experience in negotiating and monitoring the progress of funding agreements such as: grants, contributions, contracts, etc.
- Experience in supporting multi-disciplinary working groups.
- Experience in emergency management
- Experience working with Indigenous populations.
