ANTICIPATORY STAFFING.
Employees occupying an indeterminate position at the same group and level or equivalent may be considered for deployment first.
A pool of partially qualified candidates will be established to staff similar positions within the Department with various tenures (assignment, secondment, acting, specified period or indeterminate), with various language requirements (English Essential, Bilingual Imperative BBB/BBB, CBC/CBC and CCC/CCC) and with various security requirements (reliability, secret and top secret).

Education:
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
Experience:
- Experience in providing administrative support services
- Experience working with information systems or databases
- Experience in providing research and analytical support

- Experience in emergency management
