A pool of qualified candidates will be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions IS-05 at Natural Resources Canada with various tenures (permanent or temporary period), various linguistic requirements (bilingual imperative), and profile(s) (CBC/CBC, CCC/CCC), various security requirements, various conditions of employment and for various locations.

A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution.
Note: Based on their education, training and/or experience, indeterminate incumbents of positions in the IS classification are deemed to meet the minimum education standard whenever a bachelor’s degree without specialization is called for in a position classified as IS.
Experience in managing digital communications* projects and leading project teams;
Experience in developing detailed business and functional requirements for digital communications initiatives and projects;
Experience in providing advice on digital communications and digital content issues to senior management.**
Experience in managing human and financial resources.
* Digital communications is defined as the creation, delivery and management of web and/or social media, products or services.
** Senior management is defined as Director-level and above
Bilingual - Imperative (CBC/CBC)
Information on language requirements
