Qualified candidates in the pool of the appointment process 15-PSC-EA-3007 are not required to apply and will automatically be placed in the pool established in this appointment process.
Anticipatory staffing. A pool of qualified candidates will be established to staff in the future similar positions on an indeterminate, determinate, assignment, secondment, deployment, casual or acting basis within the Public Service Commission in the National Capital Region.

Secondary school diploma.
Experience using electronic databases.
Experience in office work.
Experience providing services to clients by telephone and in writing, within prescribed deadlines. (Note: Your writing skills will be assessed throughout the application).
Experience providing administrative support services.
Experience using various Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word and Excel).
